Scroll down for this easy to follow recipe
& make cute cookies ~

Step 1: Mix 3/4 cup of butter, 1 1/4 cup of powdered sugar,
a pinch of salt, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract,
3 egg yolks (*Keep the egg whites for later use!),
and 2 1/2 cup of cake flour

Step 2: Roll the batter into a ball

Step 3: Cut a 1/3 of the batter for vanilla dough
Then divide the remaining 2/3 of the dough
for rainbow colors (6 colors)

Step 4: Add food coloring to each of the 6 squared doughs

Step 5: Roll the colored rainbow dough into a ball

Step 6: Once done, flatten the dough out with a roller
(Use two 0.5 cm thick notebook/book to use as a
measurement tool to even out the width of each colored layer)

Step 7: Then, stack the rolled out colored layers on top of
each other, gluing them together with egg wash
(To make egg wash: mix egg whites with 1 tablespoon of water)

Step 8: Lightly press the stacked layers,
then cut the stacked layer into small strips (1.5 cm wide)
